Most enjoyable aspect of job: The wonderful response from customers who were grateful for the help many saying they could not figure out buying the right thing to buy. Hardest part of job was handling upset customers who would use the worst profanity-laced diatribes towards me or the Sam Ash company.
Culture in the store was friendly with personnel helping across various departments.
